Abstract: This paper analyzes the advantage and application of mind map teaching method in the teaching of undergraduate engineering professional. In this paper, the mind map teaching method applied in communication engineering speciality undergraduate course in the teaching process, the first to investigate the problem of convergence using mind map to solve the professional teaching system of the course, to cultivate students' practical ability and scientific research quality through the development and use of professional knowledge of mind gallery. Research done in this paper fully embodies the combination of practice and learning of higher occupation education teaching characteristics, the proposed method has a profound significance to improve the students' comprehensive qualities occupation.
