【摘要】：正 從1993年年報(bào)起國(guó)家對(duì)統(tǒng)計(jì)制度方法動(dòng)大手術(shù),進(jìn)行了重要的改革。它統(tǒng)一了統(tǒng)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)行統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的基層“一套表”。經(jīng)過(guò)各級(jí)統(tǒng)計(jì)部門(mén)和基層廣大統(tǒng)計(jì)人員共同努力,按時(shí)完成了1993年統(tǒng)計(jì)年報(bào)上報(bào)任務(wù)。年報(bào)制度的改革,體現(xiàn)了市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的要求,它對(duì)發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),加強(qiáng)各級(jí)政府對(duì)宏觀調(diào)控,理順統(tǒng)計(jì)各方面的關(guān)系都起到了一定作用。
[Abstract]:Since the 1993 annual report, the country has carried on the important reform to the statistical system method major operation. It unifies statistical standards and implements a unified "set of tables" at the grass-roots level. Through the joint efforts of statistical departments at all levels and the general statisticians at the grass-roots level, the task of reporting 1993 statistical annual reports was completed on time. The reform of the annual report system embodies the requirements of the market economy, which plays a certain role in developing the socialist market economy, strengthening the macro-control of the governments at all levels, and straightening out the relations between the various aspects of statistics.
