【摘要】：文章以"校企協(xié)同育人"為切入點,運用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,以企業(yè)、學(xué)校、學(xué)生為調(diào)研對象,發(fā)現(xiàn)校企協(xié)同培養(yǎng)技術(shù)技能型日語人才過程中存在校企方在合作中的定位缺乏明確性、缺乏互動交流的平臺、缺乏激勵合作的機(jī)制以及合作制度不健全、監(jiān)督評價體制尚不完善等問題。并對此提出以下建議:學(xué)校發(fā)揮服務(wù)功能,辦出專業(yè)特色;企業(yè)發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)功能,參與教學(xué)評價;校企建立聯(lián)動合作信息平臺,促進(jìn)校企協(xié)同人才培養(yǎng),實現(xiàn)共贏。
[Abstract]:This paper takes the cooperation of school and enterprise as the starting point, applies the method of questionnaire and interview, and takes enterprises, schools and students as the objects of investigation. It is found that there is a lack of clarity in the orientation of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise, a platform for interaction and exchange, a mechanism for encouraging cooperation and a imperfect cooperation system in the process of cooperative training of technical and technical Japanese talents. Supervision and evaluation system is not perfect and so on. The following suggestions are put forward: the service function of the school is brought into play and the specialty characteristic is set up; the enterprise plays the leading function and participates in the teaching evaluation; the information platform of the cooperation between the school and the enterprise is established to promote the training of talents in cooperation between the school and the enterprise so as to realize the win-win situation.
