【摘要】：近幾年來(lái)全球化和經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的不斷發(fā)展使得中國(guó)與俄羅斯及中亞五國(guó)間的政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)和科技的交流與合作不斷加強(qiáng)，由此引來(lái)了各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的大量科技文本的翻譯。但無(wú)論是國(guó)內(nèi)還是國(guó)外的學(xué)者，對(duì)于標(biāo)準(zhǔn)翻譯的研究涉足甚少。 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)——一種規(guī)范性技術(shù)文件，在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化對(duì)象的規(guī)范、規(guī)定、要求明確化，，并經(jīng)主管部門或相關(guān)機(jī)構(gòu)核準(zhǔn)后付諸實(shí)施。 電工技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有固定的格式，在內(nèi)容方面包含約12項(xiàng)基本內(nèi)容。電工技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)既屬于科技語(yǔ)體，也屬于公文事務(wù)語(yǔ)體。它的主要特點(diǎn)是：信息性，邏輯性，準(zhǔn)確性，客觀性，明確性，無(wú)人稱性，簡(jiǎn)潔性，無(wú)情感性。詞匯方面的主要特點(diǎn)是使用科技術(shù)語(yǔ)和專業(yè)詞匯、動(dòng)名詞和抽象名詞、名詞二格及五格等；句法方面的主要特點(diǎn)是大量使用被動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)、無(wú)人稱句、不定人稱句、靜詞合成謂語(yǔ)以及動(dòng)詞合成謂語(yǔ)等。 電工技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為科技俄語(yǔ)的眾多文本之一，其自身具有的特點(diǎn)與賴斯以及紐馬克文本類型理論中的“信息型文本”有著一定的共性，其準(zhǔn)確、真實(shí)的翻譯有助于該領(lǐng)域?qū)＜一蚣夹g(shù)人員更好地理解和交流。 本文以文本類型理論為基礎(chǔ)，以俄羅斯電工行業(yè)國(guó)家技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的俄漢翻譯為例，進(jìn)而歸納總結(jié)出合理地適用于技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)漢譯的質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和翻譯要求。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of globalization and economic integration, the political, economic, scientific and technological exchanges and cooperation between China, Russia and the five countries in Central Asia have been strengthened, and a large number of scientific and technological texts have been translated in various fields. However, no matter domestic or foreign scholars, there is little research on standard translation. Standard-A normative technical document in which the specification, and requirement of a standardized object are specified and implemented with the approval of the competent authority or relevant agency. The Electrotechnical Standard has a fixed format and contains about 12 basic elements in terms of content. The technical standard of electrician belongs to the style of science and technology as well as the style of official document. Its main features are: information, logic, accuracy, objectivity, clarity, no person, simplicity, no emotion. The main features of vocabulary are the use of technical terms and professional vocabulary, gerunds and abstract nouns, noun cases and five cases, etc. The main features of syntax are the use of a large number of passive structures, no person sentences, indefinite person sentences, etc. Static word composition predicate and verb compound predicate, etc. As one of the many texts in Russian, the electrician technical standard has its own characteristics which have certain commonness with the "information text" in the text type theory of Rice and Newmark, and its accuracy. True translation helps experts or technicians in the field better understand and communicate. Based on the text type theory and taking the Russian-Chinese translation of the national technical standard of the Russian electrical industry as an example, this paper sums up the quality evaluation standards and translation requirements that are reasonably applicable to the translation of technical standards into Chinese.
