學(xué)術(shù)評價(jià)的多變量指標(biāo)探討

【摘要】：結(jié)合集成影響指標(biāo)(I3)和h指數(shù)構(gòu)成I3型多變量指標(biāo)框架,獲得發(fā)文矢量X=(X_1,X_2,X_3)和引文矢量Y=(Y_1,Y_2,Y_3)、集成發(fā)文指數(shù)I3X=X_1+X_2+X_3和集成引文指數(shù)I3Y=Y_1+Y_2+Y_3等多變量指標(biāo)。實(shí)證研究顯示:整體h核分布適用于評價(jià)學(xué)者,h核指數(shù)X_1和Y_1適用于評價(jià)大學(xué)的核心影響力,集成指數(shù)I3X和I3Y適合替代期刊影響因子JIF。多變量指標(biāo)為學(xué)術(shù)評價(jià)提供了結(jié)合I3和h指數(shù)優(yōu)勢的多維視角,可豐富學(xué)術(shù)評價(jià)測度。
[Abstract]:Combined with the integration influence index (I3) and the h-index, an I3-type multi-variable index frame is constructed, and a multi-variable index such as the document issuing vector X = (X _ 1, X _ 2, X _ 3) and the citation vector Y = (Y _ 1, Y _ 2, Y _ 3), the consolidated document index I3X = X _ 1 + X _ 2 + X _ 3 and the integrated citation index I3Y = Y _ 1 + Y _ 2 + Y _ 3 are obtained. The empirical study shows that the overall h-kernel distribution is applicable to the evaluation of the core influence of the university, and the integration index I3X and I3Y are suitable to replace the journal impact factor JIF. The multi-variable index provides a multi-dimensional view with the advantages of I3 and h index for academic evaluation, and can enrich the measure of academic evaluation.
