【摘要】：正1高校科研檔案內(nèi)涵及價值1.1高�？蒲袡n案的內(nèi)涵�！犊茖W(xué)技術(shù)研究檔案管理暫行規(guī)定》提出:"科研檔案是指在科學(xué)技術(shù)研究過程中形成的、具有保存價值的文字、圖表、數(shù)據(jù)、聲像等各種形式載體的文件材料。"學(xué)界對高�？蒲袡n案沒有統(tǒng)一規(guī)范的定義,大多依據(jù)科研檔案的概念,結(jié)合高�？蒲刑攸c(diǎn)給予概念界定。經(jīng)對有關(guān)資料研究,本人認(rèn)為高校科研檔案是指高校師生員工在教學(xué)、管理、科研等實踐活動中形成的科學(xué)知識
[Abstract]:The connotation and value of scientific research archives in colleges and universities 1.1 the connotation of scientific research archives in colleges and universities. The interim provisions on the Management of Scientific and technological Research Archives put forward: "Scientific research archives are words formed in the process of scientific and technological research and of preservation value. Documents of charts, data, audio and video, etc., in various forms of carrier. " There is no unified and standardized definition of scientific research archives in colleges and universities, most of which are defined according to the concept of scientific research archives and the characteristics of scientific research in colleges and universities. Through the study of the relevant materials, I think that the scientific research archives in colleges and universities refer to the scientific knowledge formed by teachers, students and staff in teaching, management, scientific research and other practical activities.
