【摘要】：正11月15日,由省檔案局組織的江蘇省第二屆檔案人才"151工程"學(xué)術(shù)論壇在南京揚(yáng)子江畔圓滿落幕,來(lái)自全省檔案人才"151工程"各層次成員近150人,參加了為期兩天的學(xué)術(shù)研討與交流活動(dòng)。論壇邀請(qǐng)全國(guó)政協(xié)委員、國(guó)家檔案局原局長(zhǎng)、中央檔案館原館長(zhǎng)楊冬權(quán)作題為《檔案價(jià)值鑒定》主報(bào)告。楊冬權(quán)緊密聯(lián)系黨的十九大精神,運(yùn)用自己長(zhǎng)期積累的理論思考和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),著重圍繞什么是檔案價(jià)值鑒定、檔案價(jià)值鑒定關(guān)系到檔案工作未來(lái)、檔案價(jià)值鑒定是檔案工作者經(jīng)常遇到的實(shí)際問(wèn)題、檔案價(jià)值具有多重性、檔案價(jià)值具有不確定性、怎樣破解檔案價(jià)值不確定性難題、檔案價(jià)值認(rèn)識(shí)上的幾個(gè)誤區(qū)、檔案價(jià)值鑒定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、檔案人必須要有敬重和珍惜檔案的情懷等九個(gè)問(wèn)題,作了全面深刻的闡述。論壇還邀請(qǐng)南京市檔案局副巡視員張軍博士、蘇州大學(xué)社會(huì)學(xué)院高俊寬博士,分別作《如何撰寫學(xué)術(shù)論文》和《檔案科研信息檢索》專題講座。"151工程"第一
[Abstract]:On November 15, the second Jiangsu Provincial Archives talents "151 Project" academic forum, organized by the Provincial Archives Bureau, came to a successful conclusion on the banks of the Yangtze River in Nanjing, with nearly 150 members from all levels of the "151 Project" of archival talents from the whole province. Participated in two days of academic research and exchange activities. Yang Dongquan, member of the National Committee of the Chinese people's political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), former director of the State Archives Bureau and former director of the Central Archives, was invited to make the main report entitled "Archives value Appraisal." Yang Dongquan closely linked with the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress, using his long-accumulated theoretical thinking and practical experience, focusing on what is archival value appraisal, archival value appraisal is related to the future of archival work. The appraisal of archival value is a practical problem that archivists often encounter.
