【摘要】：數(shù)字文件管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化已日益成為國際檔案領(lǐng)域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化發(fā)展的前沿與熱點(diǎn)。對(duì)數(shù)字文件管理國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的研究與借鑒,在我國具有實(shí)現(xiàn)電子文件管理"十三五"規(guī)劃的重大現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在明確界定數(shù)字文件概念的基礎(chǔ)上,從時(shí)間與空間兩個(gè)維度對(duì)數(shù)字文件管理國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)與靜態(tài)分析,并就其特征、趨勢進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出我國數(shù)字文件管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化應(yīng)借鑒國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化經(jīng)驗(yàn),從而實(shí)現(xiàn)術(shù)語標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、管理評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化及語義知識(shí)組織標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化。
[Abstract]:Digital file management standardization has increasingly become the frontier and hot spot of international archives standardization development. The research and reference of international standardization of digital document management has great practical significance to realize the 13th five-year plan of electronic document management in our country. On the basis of clearly defining the concept of digital file, this paper makes a dynamic and static analysis of the international standard of digital document management from the two dimensions of time and space, and summarizes its characteristics and trends. It is pointed out that the standardization of digital document management in our country should draw lessons from the experience of international standardization so as to realize the standardization of terms management evaluation and organization of semantic knowledge.
