【摘要】：利用中國干細(xì)胞研究機(jī)構(gòu)的合著論文數(shù)據(jù),分析了科研機(jī)構(gòu)在國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)和國內(nèi)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的位置嵌入、關(guān)系嵌入和結(jié)構(gòu)嵌入對論文發(fā)表數(shù)和論文被引頻次為代表的科研產(chǎn)出的影響。結(jié)果顯示,科研機(jī)構(gòu)在國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中占據(jù)中心位置對科研產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量有正向影響,在國內(nèi)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中占據(jù)中心位置則對提高科研產(chǎn)出的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量都有利;在國際和國內(nèi)合作中,加強(qiáng)與合作伙伴的關(guān)系都能夠促進(jìn)科研產(chǎn)出,并且加強(qiáng)與國內(nèi)合作伙伴的關(guān)系更有效;在國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,占據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)洞位置能夠顯著提高科研產(chǎn)出,但在國內(nèi)合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,占據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)洞位置沒有明顯的優(yōu)勢。研究認(rèn)為,科研機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)提高國際合作網(wǎng)絡(luò)的開放性,加強(qiáng)國內(nèi)合作關(guān)系,發(fā)揮內(nèi)外兩方面優(yōu)勢,進(jìn)而提升科研產(chǎn)出。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of co-authored papers of Chinese stem cell research institutions, the position of scientific research institutions in international cooperative networks and domestic cooperative networks is analyzed. The influence of relational embedding and structural embedding on the scientific research output represented by the number of papers published and the frequency of citation of papers. The results show that the central position of scientific research institutions in the international cooperative network has a positive impact on the quality of scientific research output, while occupying the central position in the domestic cooperative network is beneficial to the improvement of the quantity and quality of scientific research output. In international and domestic cooperation, strengthening relationships with partners can contribute to scientific research output and strengthen relationships with domestic partners more effectively; In the international cooperative network, occupying the structural hole position can significantly improve the scientific research output, but in the domestic cooperative network, occupying the structural hole position has no obvious advantage. The research suggests that scientific research institutions should enhance the openness of international cooperation network, strengthen the domestic cooperation relationship, give full play to the advantages of both internal and external, so as to enhance the scientific research output.
