【摘要】：[目的 /意義]針對圖書館特色數(shù)字館藏建設(shè)中用戶參與度低、參與持續(xù)性弱的問題,嘗試建立用戶參與保障機(jī)制,引導(dǎo)圖書館系統(tǒng)地考慮用戶參與機(jī)制的引入問題,提高用戶的持續(xù)參與度。[方法/過程]基于"志愿者參與圖書館資源和服務(wù)意愿調(diào)查"和"用戶參與數(shù)字特色館藏建設(shè)意愿調(diào)查"兩個問卷調(diào)查,了解用戶參與動機(jī)、期望獲得的激勵要素和用戶眼中的參與阻礙要素,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果分析和國內(nèi)外圖書館用戶參實踐,概括用戶參與機(jī)制的基本要素,構(gòu)建用戶參與保障機(jī)制方案。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]建立包括重點用戶尋找和招募機(jī)制、宣傳推廣機(jī)制、激勵引導(dǎo)機(jī)制、管理支持機(jī)制、質(zhì)量控制機(jī)制所構(gòu)成的保障機(jī)制方案,并說明機(jī)制建立過程中需要注意的問題。
[Abstract]:[objective] in view of the problems of low user participation and weak participation in the construction of characteristic digital library collections, this paper attempts to establish a guarantee mechanism for user participation and to guide the library to systematically consider the introduction of user participation mechanism. Improve the continuous participation of users. [methods / process] based on the survey of volunteers' willingness to participate in library resources and service, and the survey of willingness of users to participate in the construction of digital characteristic collections, the motivation of user participation was investigated. Based on the analysis of the survey results and the practice of library users at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the basic elements of the user participation mechanism and constructs the scheme of the user participation guarantee mechanism. [results / conclusion] to establish a guarantee mechanism scheme consisting of a key user search and recruitment mechanism, a publicity and extension mechanism, an incentive and guidance mechanism, a management support mechanism, and a quality control mechanism, It also explains the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of establishing the mechanism.
