【摘要】：正隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展和壯大,我國(guó)特大型企業(yè)已不再局限所在區(qū)域的發(fā)展,紛紛走向"內(nèi)強(qiáng)外延"發(fā)展路徑,以滿足企業(yè)更高經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)的追求和市場(chǎng)占領(lǐng)。以筆者所在的巨化集團(tuán)公司為例,公司創(chuàng)建于1958年,是全國(guó)最大的氟化工先進(jìn)制造業(yè)基地和浙江省最大的國(guó)有化工聯(lián)合企業(yè)。公司總部位于杭州,主要生產(chǎn)基地在浙江衢州市,同時(shí)還在寧波、舟山、諸暨以及江蘇省等區(qū)域設(shè)立生產(chǎn)基地,實(shí)現(xiàn)了跨區(qū)域、跨行業(yè)發(fā)展。公司實(shí)行二級(jí)檔案管理體制,
