【摘要】：聯(lián)合國《世界人權(quán)宣言》第19條關(guān)于信息自由的相關(guān)陳述是國際圖書館協(xié)會(huì)和機(jī)構(gòu)聯(lián)合會(huì)圖書館倫理規(guī)范的基石。《關(guān)于圖書館與知識(shí)自由的聲明》《圖書館員及其他信息工作者倫理準(zhǔn)則》《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)宣言》《被遺忘權(quán)》及《網(wǎng)絡(luò)中立與零評(píng)價(jià)》系列文件的頒布標(biāo)志著國際圖聯(lián)圖書館倫理規(guī)范日趨完善。建立專業(yè)化組織、達(dá)成倫理規(guī)范的共識(shí)、形成倫理規(guī)范體系及倫理規(guī)范內(nèi)容的兼容并包和與時(shí)俱進(jìn)是國際圖聯(lián)圖書館倫理規(guī)范的基本特征,對(duì)國內(nèi)圖書館倫理規(guī)范的發(fā)展有著一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:The relevant presentation of the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights on the freedom of information is the cornerstone of the ethical norms of the International Library Association and the Inter-Agency Consortium Library. the Forgotten Right> and the Network-neutral and Zero-evaluation> series of documents indicate the perfection of the international standard of the ethics of the library. To establish a professional organization, to reach a common understanding of the ethical norms, to form an inclusive and with the times of the content of the ethical norms and the ethical norms, is the basic characteristic of the ethical norms of the international picture-linked library, and has a certain guiding significance to the development of the ethical norms of the domestic library.
