【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對現(xiàn)有評價(jià)方法對作者影響力的因素考慮不全面,以及單一指標(biāo)評價(jià)的片面性等問題,提出一種基于灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析的綜合評價(jià)方法。[方法/過程]首先,通過考慮論文的時(shí)間因子、期刊的影響因子等因素,設(shè)計(jì)了反映作者研究成果價(jià)值的總復(fù)合被引頻次指標(biāo);然后,考慮到論文中的作者數(shù)量、署名位次以及通信作者因素,利用了改進(jìn)后的調(diào)和計(jì)量式來分配作者的貢獻(xiàn)權(quán)重,進(jìn)而提出了作者活躍度指標(biāo);最后,基于熵權(quán)法和灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析,并結(jié)合4個(gè)不同層面的評價(jià)指標(biāo),提出了作者影響力的綜合性評價(jià)指標(biāo)--關(guān)聯(lián)度。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]對圖書情報(bào)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的81位待評估作者進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,結(jié)果表明:關(guān)聯(lián)度指標(biāo)相比其他傳統(tǒng)指標(biāo),能更客觀地區(qū)分作者的影響力;其中的總復(fù)合被引頻次,相比總被引頻次,能更真實(shí)地反映作者研究成果的實(shí)際價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] A comprehensive evaluation method based on grey relational analysis is proposed to solve the problems of the influence factors of the existing evaluation methods on the author and the one-sidedness of the single index evaluation. [method / process] first of all, by considering the time factor of the paper and the influence factor of the journal, the author designed the index of the total compound citation frequency which reflected the value of the author's research results. Then, considering the author's number, signature rank and correspondence author's factor, the author's contribution weight is allocated by using the improved harmonic metrology, and then the author's activity index is put forward. Finally, based on entropy weight method and grey relational analysis, combined with four different evaluation indexes, this paper puts forward the comprehensive evaluation index of the author's influence, which is the correlation degree. [results / conclusion] an empirical analysis of 81 authors in the field of library and information science was carried out. The results showed that the correlation index could objectively distinguish the influence of the author compared with other traditional indicators. Compared with the total citation frequency, the total compound citation frequency can reflect the actual value of the author's research results more truthfully.
