【摘要】：圖書館聯(lián)盟組織與公共文化服務(wù)體系之間是一個相互影響、相互嵌入,從微觀到中觀再到宏觀的多層級互動發(fā)展過程。在共同演化的三個階段,演化層級、互動主體、反饋效應(yīng)均表現(xiàn)出不同的特征。把握共同演化的客觀規(guī)律,釋放政策法規(guī)的外生性動力,激發(fā)個體創(chuàng)新性學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)生性動力,優(yōu)化共演系統(tǒng)發(fā)展的外部宏觀環(huán)境將有利于共演體系的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The library alliance organization and the public cultural service system are interactive and embedded, from micro to meso to macro and multi-level interactive development process. In the three stages of co-evolution, the level of evolution, the interactive subject, and the feedback effect all show different characteristics. To grasp the objective law of co-evolution, to release the exogenous motive force of policies and regulations, to stimulate the endogenous motive force of individual innovative learning, and to optimize the external macro environment of co-representation system development will be beneficial to the healthy development of co-acting system.
