基于SECI知識(shí)創(chuàng)造螺旋的高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)能力建設(shè)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)我國高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)能力建設(shè)在學(xué)科館員及團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)、學(xué)科服務(wù)相關(guān)的體制機(jī)制建設(shè)、學(xué)科服務(wù)平臺(tái)建設(shè)等方面存在的問題和不足,利用SECI知識(shí)創(chuàng)造螺旋的相關(guān)理論指導(dǎo)其建設(shè),以促進(jìn)我國高校圖書館學(xué)科服務(wù)能力的提升。文章具體闡述了SECI知識(shí)創(chuàng)造螺旋在增加學(xué)科館員工作技能和經(jīng)驗(yàn)、健全和完善學(xué)科服務(wù)相關(guān)的體制機(jī)制、完善和優(yōu)化學(xué)科服務(wù)平臺(tái)功能等方面的應(yīng)用,并通過實(shí)例進(jìn)行了說明。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems and shortcomings in the construction of subject librarians and teams, the construction of system and mechanism related to subject service, and the construction of subject service platform, etc, the construction of academic service capacity of university libraries in China is pointed out. The related theory of SECI knowledge creation spiral is used to guide its construction in order to promote the enhancement of academic service ability of university libraries in China. This paper expounds the application of SECI knowledge creation spiral in increasing the work skills and experience of subject librarians, perfecting and perfecting the system and mechanism related to subject service, and perfecting and optimizing the function of subject service platform, etc.
