【摘要】：漿糊作為古籍修裱的特殊材料,其性能優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到修裱的質(zhì)量。目前,古籍修裱存在漿糊易霉變以及化學(xué)藥劑常被添加至漿糊中會污染環(huán)境和古籍本體等諸多問題。為最大限度地提高古籍修裱漿糊質(zhì)量,本文結(jié)合文獻(xiàn)記載中藥的種類和添加量,依據(jù)中藥成分及藥理作用,特性及成分,選取百部、苦參等富含生物堿的中藥為研究對象,從添加中藥前后漿糊的抑菌性、黏度、酸度、外觀變化等方面探討中藥對古籍修裱漿糊性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,巴豆、黃柏和苦參改善漿糊的抑菌性、黏度和裱件的柔韌性等效果較為理想,且酸度與純漿糊最為接近,但會改變漿糊和裱件的外觀,因而該類中藥作為漿糊添加劑應(yīng)注意脫色或控制使用量。此外,石灰末可提高漿糊的酸度,其他單味或復(fù)方中藥的添加均會降低漿糊的酸度,尤以中藥白礬最為顯著。因此,從古籍保護(hù)的長遠(yuǎn)考慮,修裱漿糊中添加中藥的類型應(yīng)慎重選取。
[Abstract]:As a special material of ancient books, the quality of paste is directly related to the quality of mounting. At present, there are many problems such as the mildew of paste and the pollution of environment and the body of ancient books by adding chemical agent to the paste. In order to improve the quality of the paste in ancient books, this paper combined with the literature records of Chinese medicine, according to the composition of Chinese medicine and pharmacological action, characteristics and components, selected 100, Sophora flavescens and other Chinese medicine rich in alkaloids as the research object. The effects of Chinese medicine on the properties of paste were discussed from the aspects of bacteriostasis, viscosity, acidity and appearance changes before and after the addition of Chinese traditional medicine. The results showed that the bacteriostasis, viscosity and flexibility of paste were improved by Croton, Prunus chinensis and Sophora flavescens, and the acidity was the most close to that of pure paste, but the appearance of paste and mounted paste would be changed. Therefore, this kind of traditional Chinese medicine as paste additive should pay attention to decolorization or control the usage. In addition, lime powder can increase the acidity of paste, and the acidity of paste can be decreased by adding other single or compound Chinese medicine, especially alum. Therefore, from the long-term consideration of the protection of ancient books, the type of Chinese medicine added to the paste should be carefully selected.
