【摘要】：[目的/意義]反恐智庫建設(shè)引入情報研究具有一定的理論基礎(chǔ),為反恐智庫建設(shè)構(gòu)建情報支撐體系,對于推動反恐智庫的發(fā)展、更好地發(fā)揮決策支持和輿論引導(dǎo)有重要的價值和意義。[方法/過程]通過梳理反恐智庫的功能以及情報的作用,認(rèn)為情報研究和反恐智庫建設(shè)具有一定的相似性,并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)理論、權(quán)變理論和嵌入性地相關(guān)理論提出反恐智庫的建設(shè)中需要引入情報研究和情報學(xué)的理論和方法。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]在反恐智庫的建設(shè)中應(yīng)該構(gòu)建情報支撐體系,主要通過合理的資源建設(shè)、科學(xué)的情報分析、情報失察研究以及積極發(fā)揮第二軌道的作用等方面來實現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the introduction of intelligence research into the construction of counter-terrorism think tanks has a certain theoretical basis, and the establishment of an intelligence support system for the construction of counter-terrorism think tanks will promote the development of counter-terrorism think tanks. Better play decision-making support and public opinion guidance has important value and significance. [methods / processes] by combing the functions of counter-terrorism think tanks and the role of intelligence, it is considered that intelligence research and counter-terrorism think-tank construction have certain similarities, and according to the system theory, Contingency theory and embeddedness related theory suggest that the theory and method of intelligence research and information science should be introduced into the construction of anti-terrorism think-tank. [results / conclusion] the intelligence support system should be constructed in the construction of antiterrorism think-tank, mainly through reasonable resource construction, scientific information analysis, intelligence failure research and active exerting the role of the second track, etc.
