【摘要】：信任是影響公眾選擇并持續(xù)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共信息服務(wù)的重要依據(jù)�；诶嫦嚓P(guān)者理論,本文從原始服務(wù)提供者信任、合作者信任和傳播者信任三個維度出發(fā),確定影響公眾信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共信息服務(wù)的直接因素,并基于人際影響、服務(wù)質(zhì)量與制度保障等不同信任基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建研究模型。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),公眾對原始服務(wù)提供者的信任始終是影響公眾信任網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共信息服務(wù)的重要依據(jù),同時,傳播者信任與合作者信任也在一定程度上影響公眾對網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共信息服務(wù)的信任。此外,這一過程中,公眾對不同服務(wù)主體的信任基礎(chǔ)逐漸從人際影響向服務(wù)質(zhì)量與制度保障轉(zhuǎn)變,其中,以制度保障的影響更為顯著。因此,可以通過多種路徑增強(qiáng)公眾對網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共信息服務(wù)的社會信任水平,改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)公共信息服務(wù)的使用現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:Trust is an important basis for public choice and continuous use of network public information services. Based on stakeholder theory, this paper determines the direct factors that affect public trust in public information services based on the three dimensions of original service provider trust, collaborator trust and communicator trust, and based on interpersonal influence. The research model of different trust foundation such as service quality and system guarantee. The results show that the public trust in the original service provider is always the important basis to influence the public trust in the network public information service, at the same time, To some extent, the trust of communicators and collaborators also affects the trust of the public to the network public information services. In addition, in this process, the trust base of the public towards different service subjects gradually changes from interpersonal influence to service quality and institutional guarantee, among which, the influence of institutional security is more significant. Therefore, the social trust level of network public information service can be enhanced through various paths, and the current situation of using network public information service can be improved.
