【摘要】：通過問卷方式調(diào)查了海南省五所高校圖書館義務(wù)館員組織管理模式的實(shí)踐狀況,重點(diǎn)針對(duì)圖書館義務(wù)館員"共管式"與"自治式"兩種基本組織管理模式進(jìn)行分析研究,并根據(jù)海南省高校圖書館的現(xiàn)狀和讀者服務(wù)的實(shí)際要求,提出了建設(shè)讀者服務(wù)聯(lián)盟的策略,以期進(jìn)一步完善義務(wù)館員組織管理模式。
[Abstract]:This paper investigates the practice of the organization and management mode of voluntary librarians in five university libraries in Hainan Province by means of questionnaire, and focuses on the analysis and study of the two basic organization and management modes of "co-management" and "autonomy" of library voluntary librarians. According to the present situation of the university library in Hainan Province and the actual requirements of the reader service, this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the reader service alliance, in order to further perfect the organization and management mode of the volunteer librarian.
