【摘要】：[目的/意義]改善現(xiàn)有專利技術(shù)主題分析方法主題辨識度低、主題詞二義性、無法識別技術(shù)信息中的"問題"與相應(yīng)"解決方案"等問題。[方法/過程]本文通過抽取專利文本中的SAO結(jié)構(gòu),并從SAO結(jié)構(gòu)中識別"問題和解決方案"(PS)模式,基于"bagofPS"假設(shè),構(gòu)建基于"主語-行為-賓語"(subject-action-object,SAO)結(jié)構(gòu)的LDA主題模型,實現(xiàn)對專利文獻主題結(jié)構(gòu)的識別和分析。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]案例研究表明,該方法能夠有效識別主題分布,并在主題辨識度和語義消岐方面較傳統(tǒng)LDA模型具有較大優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] to improve the subject identification degree of the existing patent technology theme analysis method, the ambiguity of the theme words, the inability to identify the "problem" and the corresponding "solution" in the technical information. [methods / process] by extracting the SAO structure from the patent text and identifying the "problem and solution" (PS) pattern from the SAO structure, and based on the "bagofPS" hypothesis, this paper constructs a "subject-behavior-object" (subject-action-object,) model. SAO) structure of the LDA theme model to realize the identification and analysis of the topic structure of patent literature. [results / conclusion] A case study shows that this method can effectively identify the topic distribution, and has a great advantage over the traditional LDA model in terms of topic identification and semantic disambiguation.
