【摘要】：正生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)是功在當(dāng)代、利在千秋的宏偉事業(yè)。環(huán)境監(jiān)測則是生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)的"哨兵""耳目",是環(huán)境管理的重要組成部分,是環(huán)境管理最為重要的基礎(chǔ)性和前沿性工作。任何環(huán)境決策都離不開環(huán)境監(jiān)測基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的支持,每一項(xiàng)環(huán)境管理措施的優(yōu)劣成敗都要依靠環(huán)境監(jiān)測來驗(yàn)證。環(huán)境污染過程非常復(fù)雜,有些短時(shí)間內(nèi)并沒有明顯危害,但是長年累月"積少成多"就可能釀成嚴(yán)重后果。因此,儲(chǔ)備大量的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)以探索研究環(huán)境質(zhì)量的變化規(guī)律就顯得十分必要。
[Abstract]:The positive ecological environment protection is the magnificent undertaking in the contemporary, benefit in the thousand autumn. Environmental monitoring is the "sentry", "ear and eye" of ecological environment protection, an important part of environmental management, and the most important basic and forward work of environmental management. Any environmental decision can not be separated from the basic data of environmental monitoring, and the success or failure of each environmental management measure must be verified by environmental monitoring. The process of environmental pollution is very complicated, and there is no obvious harm in a short period of time, but years and years of "add up" can lead to serious consequences. Therefore, it is necessary to reserve a large amount of monitoring data to explore the changing law of environmental quality.
