【摘要】：研究圖書館是一個(gè)國家或地區(qū)知識力的象征。研究圖書館的成功轉(zhuǎn)型不僅對整個(gè)圖書館事業(yè)發(fā)展具有示范意義,而且將對經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化、教育等的整體發(fā)展帶來深刻影響和推動(dòng)作用。本文試圖從戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展重心、重新認(rèn)識館藏、外文資源采購、教學(xué)參考書系統(tǒng)、能動(dòng)性學(xué)習(xí)空間、學(xué)科服務(wù)轉(zhuǎn)型、技術(shù)人員地位、研究數(shù)據(jù)管理、數(shù)字人文以及機(jī)構(gòu)重組等十個(gè)方面對國際上與研究圖書館目前進(jìn)展有關(guān)的熱門話題進(jìn)行一番梳理和分析,同時(shí)結(jié)合本國實(shí)際,提出一些思考和建議。
[Abstract]:A research library is a symbol of a country's or a region's intellectual power. The successful transformation of the research library not only has the demonstration significance to the whole library development, but also will bring the profound influence and the promotion function to the economy, the society, the culture, the education and so on. This paper attempts to re-understand library collection, foreign language resource procurement, teaching reference system, dynamic learning space, subject service transformation, technical personnel status, data management, and research data management from the strategic development focus, the status of technical personnel, the acquisition of foreign language resources, the teaching reference system, the active learning space, the transformation of subject services, the status of technical personnel, Ten aspects, such as digital humanities and institutional reorganization, are used to sort out and analyze the hot topics related to the current development of research libraries in the world, and at the same time, some thoughts and suggestions are put forward in combination with the reality of our country.
