【摘要】：隨著創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的逐步完善以及社會(huì)成功創(chuàng)業(yè)者的激勵(lì),越來越多的大學(xué)生在畢業(yè)后或尚在學(xué)校學(xué)習(xí)期間就已經(jīng)開始了自己的創(chuàng)業(yè)事業(yè)。作為大學(xué)生群體的一部分,檔案學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生中也出現(xiàn)大批的創(chuàng)業(yè)者,能否選擇適合自身特點(diǎn)的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式對(duì)于檔案專業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)者至關(guān)重要。本文以檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)模式為研究對(duì)象,針對(duì)檔案專業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)者發(fā)放關(guān)于創(chuàng)業(yè)問題的調(diào)查問卷,結(jié)合調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式,并利用特定的決策方法探尋最適合檔案創(chuàng)業(yè)者的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式。本學(xué)位論文以檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生在創(chuàng)業(yè)過程中所依仗的核心資源為劃分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),將檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式分為知本型創(chuàng)業(yè)模式、創(chuàng)新型創(chuàng)業(yè)模式和資金型創(chuàng)業(yè)模式。正文部分由調(diào)查問卷基本信息統(tǒng)計(jì)、檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)模式分析、運(yùn)用層次分析法對(duì)三種創(chuàng)業(yè)模式的評(píng)價(jià)排序三部分組成。第一部分主要是對(duì)調(diào)查問卷的介紹,其中包括了調(diào)查問卷的基本設(shè)計(jì)情況及調(diào)查方法、調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)的基本統(tǒng)計(jì)情況。第二部分是結(jié)合調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分別分析了檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生的三種創(chuàng)業(yè)模式的特點(diǎn),從檔案專業(yè)學(xué)生角度出發(fā)探討了三種模式與學(xué)生自身特質(zhì)的契合度,并分析了三種創(chuàng)業(yè)模式各自的典型案例,以實(shí)際創(chuàng)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)給創(chuàng)業(yè)者以啟迪。最后一部分利用層次分析法對(duì)檔案學(xué)專業(yè)學(xué)生的三種創(chuàng)業(yè)模式進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)排序,以對(duì)創(chuàng)業(yè)者自身影響、對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展影響以及創(chuàng)業(yè)模式可行性為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),建立評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)構(gòu)模型,計(jì)算得出評(píng)價(jià)排序結(jié)果:知本型創(chuàng)業(yè)模式對(duì)于檔案學(xué)生來說是最佳的創(chuàng)業(yè)模式,其次為創(chuàng)新型模式,最后為資金型創(chuàng)業(yè)模式。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the encouragement of social successful entrepreneurs, more and more college students have started their own business after graduation or in school. As a part of college students, there are a large number of entrepreneurs in archives majors. It is very important for them to choose a suitable entrepreneurial model for their own characteristics. This paper takes the entrepreneurship model of archives major students as the research object, aiming at the file major entrepreneurs to distribute the questionnaire about the entrepreneurship question, combining the investigation data to analyze the file major student's entrepreneurship pattern, And use specific decision-making method to explore the most suitable entrepreneurial model for file entrepreneurs. Based on the core resources that the archival students rely on in the course of entrepreneurship, this dissertation divides the entrepreneurial model of archival students into three types: knowledge oriented, innovative and capital-oriented. The main body is composed of basic information statistics of questionnaire, analysis of file students' entrepreneurship model, and evaluation and ranking of three kinds of entrepreneurial models by AHP. The first part mainly introduces the questionnaire, including the basic design of the questionnaire, the survey methods, the basic statistics of the survey data. The second part analyzes the characteristics of the three kinds of entrepreneurship models of archival students, and discusses the degree of conformity between the three models and students' own characteristics from the perspective of archival students. It also analyzes the typical cases of three kinds of entrepreneurial models and enlightens entrepreneurs with practical entrepreneurial experience. In the last part, the author makes use of AHP to evaluate the three kinds of entrepreneurship models of archives students, and sets up the evaluation structure model, taking the impact on the entrepreneurs themselves, the social development and the feasibility of the entrepreneurial model as the evaluation index. The results show that the knowledge based entrepreneurial model is the best one for the archival students, the second is the innovative model, and the last is the capital entrepreneurial model.
