【摘要】：我國(guó)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范的研究尚處于起步階段,元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對(duì)于促進(jìn)政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放共享具有重要意義。文章選取澳大利亞開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)Data.gov.au為研究對(duì)象,調(diào)查并分析其元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的元素組成、數(shù)據(jù)格式、語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)等。得到如下啟示:建立統(tǒng)一的政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),發(fā)布多種數(shù)據(jù)開(kāi)放格式和設(shè)置專門的開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)元數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)管理維護(hù)機(jī)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The research on metadata standards of government data in China is still in its infancy, and metadata standards are of great significance to promote the open sharing of government data. In this paper, Data.gov.au, an open government data platform in Australia, is selected to investigate and analyze the elements of metadata standard, data format, syntax structure and so on. The enlightenment is as follows: to establish a unified government data metadata standard, to publish a variety of open data formats and to set up a special management and maintenance organization for open government data metadata standards.
