【摘要】：圖書館立法決策服務是圖書館"用戶本位"服務理念下產生的服務類型,在各級領導機關用戶需求全面升級、服務方式顛覆性變化、服務技術泛在化支撐的環(huán)境下,圖書館立法決策服務在跨界競爭中劣勢凸顯,亟需在服務團隊、服務空間、服務生態(tài)圈等方面加強建設,構建新的圖書館立法決策服務體系,以獲得新的生長空間。
[Abstract]:The legislative decision service of library is a kind of service produced under the concept of "user-oriented" service in library. Under the circumstances of the overall upgrading of user demand of leading organs at all levels, the subversive change of service mode, and the ubiquitous support of service technology, the library's legislative decision service is a kind of service type. The disadvantages of library legislative decision service in cross-border competition are prominent. It is urgent to strengthen the construction of service team, service space and service ecological circle, and to construct a new library legislative decision-making service system in order to obtain new growing space.
