大學(xué)生用戶在線文檔分享平臺(tái)利用沉浸體驗(yàn)與歸因研究
[Abstract]:College students have a relatively independent and open learning lifestyle. At the beginning, high school students are a relatively special learning group. With the popularization and development of network facilities and technology, and the trend of network learning, the sharing of online network resources (such as video, pictures, documents, etc.) has become an important information activity content of this group. Through investigation, we find that college students'users use online document sharing platform very frequently. To further understand this phenomenon and possible problems, this paper takes college students' users and online document sharing platform as the research object, and uses immersion theory and attribution theory for reference to make use of online document sharing platform. This study explores the attribution of users to some key events, and further explores the attribution factors that may affect users'immersion experience. Firstly, this study constructs an experience-based immersion for college students using online document sharing platform on the basis of research and reference of existing relevant research. Secondly, through the analysis of the questionnaire data, this paper explores the main factors affecting the user's immersion experience and the relationship between immersion and attribution. In the empirical research part, the following main conclusions are drawn: (1) In the process of using the document sharing platform, the interactive factors, especially the human-human interaction pairing, are discussed. The impact of immersion experience was small_There was no significant difference between the different gender, different majors in the use of document sharing platform immersion experience_There were significant differences in the dimension of immersion control among subjects with different educational background, but there was no significant difference in the use, concentration and satisfaction_The overall immersion experience status and total of subjects. There is no significant correlation between body attribution, but there is a certain correlation between sub-dimension and overall_high, low immersion level group attribution of positive and negative two different types of key events, and high and low immersion level group in the attribution of the way there are significant differences. Finally, summed up the differences of user immersion experience. The contributions and possible innovations of this paper lie in: (1) Fusing immersion theory and attribution theory to study the use behavior of information users, and making a useful exploration in the applicable theory of information behavior. This paper demonstrates the applicability and extensibility of the above two theories in the field of user information behavior research_Researches on the online document sharing platform which has received less attention from the library and information science circles, and explores the value functions, advantages and disadvantages of this information resource platform by means of horizontal comparison, which is helpful for users to establish a level of such resources. (3) Empirical research on the experience and attribution of information utilization in the online document sharing platform of university information users is conducted under the guidance of immersion theory and attribution theory, and relevant suggestions are put forward to help users improve their personal information searching methods and obtain information. Better information search efficiency and experience, while providing a certain decision-making reference for platform operators and government management departments to understand the status quo and further optimize management.
