【摘要】：正編者按中華典籍浩如煙海,其中珠璣金玉燦若繁星。就規(guī)模之恢宏、包羅之廣富而言堪為中華知識系統(tǒng)之代表者,厥推《四庫全書》;就體系之嚴(yán)密、纂制之典范而言堪為中華學(xué)術(shù)體系之代表者,亦厥推《四庫全書》。故百年之前,保羅·班樂衛(wèi)以法蘭西總理身份欲溝通中西文化,首先即擬刊行傳播《四庫全書》于歐陸;而其時國內(nèi)有識學(xué)人,亦數(shù)議影印此書以存國華、以揚國光——《四庫全書》的世界意義與獨特性由此可見,其世界意義與獨特性,又與聯(lián)合國教科文
