【摘要】：[目的 /意義]為開展開放學術資源整合服務建設提供參考與借鑒。[方法 /過程]分別對國內(nèi)外開放學術資源整合方面的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了梳理和總結,認為國內(nèi)的研究成果主要集中在開放學術資源整合構建的理論、技術方法與工具、資源再利用和版權政策研究等方面,國外則對開放學術資源整合的概念認識、框架和結構、開放學術資源整合中運用的技術方法以及在不同領域的應用等方面進行了深入的研究。[結果/結論]通過對國內(nèi)外研究成果的比較分析,得出國內(nèi)外開放學術資源整合研究的共同點在于研究關注點、研究方法以及實踐應用的研究,區(qū)別在于研究主體、研究視角和研究深度。
[Abstract]:Objective / significance to provide reference for the construction of open academic resources integration service. [methods / process] the current research situation of open academic resource integration at home and abroad is summarized, and the domestic research results are mainly focused on the theory, technical methods and tools of open academic resource integration. In terms of resource reuse and copyright policy research, foreign countries have an understanding of the concept, framework and structure of open academic resource integration. The technical methods used in the integration of open academic resources and their applications in different fields have been deeply studied. [results / conclusion] based on the comparative analysis of the domestic and foreign research results, it is concluded that the common points of the research on the integration of open academic resources at home and abroad are the research focus, the research methods and the practical application, and the difference lies in the main body of the research. Research perspective and depth.
