【摘要】：本文分析了EPC建設(shè)模式下我國核電建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目文檔管理的特點(diǎn)及工作難點(diǎn),提出在核電項(xiàng)目文檔管理中引入"三大控制",即"合同控制、進(jìn)度控制、質(zhì)量控制",以期對(duì)后續(xù)EPC模式下的核電建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目文檔管理工作提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics and difficulties of document management of nuclear power construction projects in China under the EPC construction mode, and puts forward the introduction of "three major controls" in the document management of nuclear power projects, namely, "contract control, schedule control," Quality control ", in order to provide reference for the document management of nuclear power construction project under EPC mode."
