社會化問答平臺信息推薦服務(wù)研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of Internet technology and intelligent devices, the traditional question and answer behavior has gradually expanded from offline to online, the first batch of online Q & A platforms have emerged. The traditional Q & A platform has developed rapidly after the introduction of socialized relations, and has become an important platform for people to solve problems and share information. With the development of the social Q & A platform, the information service of the platform is facing more and more problems, such as the more and more difficult for users to find their own information. As a beneficial means to solve information overload, information recommendation is an important content of information service, which is worth studying and discussing in the information service of social question and answer platform. From the angle of information service, this study takes the socialized question and answer platform as the research object, combines the personalized service, the personalized information recommendation and the related research of the recommendation system as the basic theoretical foundation, and probes into the information recommendation service of the social question and answer platform. First of all, on the basis of the extensive reading of the social question and answer platform, information dissemination, information organization, information behavior of users, combined with the relevant users and information characteristics of the social question answering platform, the main and objective of the information service are analyzed respectively. Based on the analysis of the content and means, this paper summarizes and expounds in detail the specific modes of four kinds of information recommendation services in the social question answering platform, including topic information recommendation, mining information recommendation, information recommendation based on concern and hot information recommendation. Then, combining the information recommendation service model with the basic framework of the recommendation system, based on the four recommendation modes, the information flow of the question and answer platform is constructed in layers, from the information collection layer to the pretreatment layer. The recommendation layer and the information presentation and interaction layer are developed, and the basic framework and flow of the information recommendation service in the social question answering platform are expounded in detail. Finally, the domestic social question and answer platform "Zhihu" case analysis, from the user's point of view, the "Zhihu" information recommendation system can be perceived by the user to analyze each module, summed up the different recommendations in each module, It is verified that the specific recommendation model and service flow are valid, and some evaluation and suggestions are put forward for the information recommendation service of "Zhihu". This paper is one of the components and research results of the project "Research on Information quality perception Model and recommendation algorithm of Social Question-answering platform" (CCNU16A02035), a special fund project for basic scientific research in central colleges and universities.
