基于語音互動的付費知識問答社區(qū)運營模式初探——以分答和值乎為例

【摘要】:隨著人們對知識付費態(tài)度的轉(zhuǎn)變,知識問答社區(qū)也在不斷探索新的商業(yè)模式,實現(xiàn)知識的變現(xiàn)。文章旨在對以分答和值乎為代表的新一代知識問答社區(qū)的運營模式進行探索。文章基于媒體多樣性理論、媒體同步性理論、社會臨場感理論、資源觀理論和共享經(jīng)濟理念提出新一代知識問答區(qū)別于以往知識問答社區(qū)的不同之處,即有聲的知識問答形式與付費的知識交易模式。隨后,文章利用用戶體驗要素模型對分答和值乎從五個層面(戰(zhàn)略層、范圍層、結(jié)構層、框架層和表現(xiàn)層)進行比較分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),新一代知識問答社區(qū)在一定程度上提升了用戶問答過程的體驗并且將人們的認知盈余進行有效變現(xiàn)。最后文章指出現(xiàn)有運營模式存在的不足并提出相應的改進建議。
[Abstract]:With the change of people's attitude to paying for knowledge, the Q & A community is constantly exploring new business models to realize the realization of knowledge. The purpose of this paper is to explore the operation mode of the new generation of Q & A community, which is represented by split answer and value. Based on the theory of media diversity, the theory of media synchronism, the theory of social presence, the theory of resource view and the concept of shared economy, the paper puts forward the differences between the new generation of knowledge question and answer and the past knowledge question and answer community. That is, the voice of the form of Q & A and pay for the knowledge of the transaction model. Then, the paper uses the user experience element model to compare the answer and value from five levels (strategic layer, scope layer, structure layer, frame layer and presentation layer). It is found that the new generation of knowledge Q & A community improves the experience of the process of question and answer to a certain extent and effectively realizes the cognitive surplus of people. Finally, the paper points out the shortcomings of the existing operation mode and puts forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.
