【摘要】：采用定量統(tǒng)計(jì)與質(zhì)性研究方法,以2000—2015年《體育科學(xué)》載文作者為例,分析女性體育科研人員的科研產(chǎn)出現(xiàn)狀及影響因素。結(jié)果顯示:各年齡、職稱層次女性研究者的科研產(chǎn)出量均顯著低于男性;學(xué)術(shù)興趣、能力潛質(zhì)和學(xué)術(shù)目標(biāo)等是影響其科研產(chǎn)出的主要因素。提出:應(yīng)推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代化性別建設(shè)與促進(jìn)科技政策制度改革,建立社會(huì)性別意識(shí)與改革高校內(nèi)部管理制度,構(gòu)建社群平臺(tái),優(yōu)化與促進(jìn)女性科研人員交流環(huán)境,以減少體育科研領(lǐng)域的性別差異。
[Abstract]:Using quantitative statistics and qualitative research methods and taking the authors of Sports Science from 2000 to 2015 as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of female sports researchers' scientific research output and its influencing factors. The results showed that the scientific research output of female researchers was significantly lower than that of men at all ages and professional titles, and academic interest, ability potential and academic goals were the main factors affecting their scientific research output. It is suggested that we should promote the modernization of gender construction and the reform of science and technology policy system, establish gender awareness and reform the internal management system of colleges and universities, construct a community platform, and optimize and promote the communication environment of female researchers. In order to reduce the gender gap in sports research.
