【摘要】：[目的 /意義]2017年全國(guó)圖書館新型服務(wù)能力建設(shè)學(xué)術(shù)研討會(huì)以"圖書館新型服務(wù)能力建設(shè)"為主題,重點(diǎn)探討在創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)環(huán)境下圖書館新型服務(wù)能力建設(shè)的戰(zhàn)略思考與創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐。此次研討會(huì)對(duì)加快圖書館從文獻(xiàn)服務(wù)、信息服務(wù)向知識(shí)服務(wù)、智慧服務(wù)的延伸與深化具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。[方法/過程]基于10位國(guó)內(nèi)圖書館服務(wù)領(lǐng)域?qū)＜覍W(xué)者與一線工作者的專題報(bào)告,探討圖書館新型服務(wù)創(chuàng)新與能力提升的理論研究與實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]認(rèn)為只有充分發(fā)揮圖書館資源、技術(shù)、空間、人才等多方面要素的作用,才能全面提升圖書館支撐教學(xué)、科研、管理、文化與社會(huì)發(fā)展的能力,增強(qiáng)圖書館的服務(wù)功能與服務(wù)效果。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] the theme of the 2017 National Symposium on Building the capacity of Library New-type Services is "Building Library New-type Service capacity". This paper mainly discusses the strategic thinking and innovation practice of library's new service capacity construction under innovation-driven environment. This seminar is of great significance to accelerate the extension and deepening of library service from document service, information service to knowledge service and wisdom service. [methods] based on the reports of 10 domestic library service experts and first-line workers, this paper discusses the theoretical research and practical experience of new service innovation and ability enhancement in libraries. [results / conclusion] only by giving full play to the functions of library resources, technology, space and talents, can the ability of library support teaching, scientific research, management, culture and social development be fully enhanced. Strengthen the service function and effect of library.
