【摘要】：移動互聯(lián)網和手持終端的迅猛發(fā)展為各類公共服務提供了更為便捷的獲取方式,而檔案館作為我國公共文化服務體系的重要組成部分,也應該以更加開放的姿態(tài)面向公眾,充分運用新技術,利用移動APP創(chuàng)新服務。文章基于檔案館"用戶為中心"的服務理念及用戶對檔案信息內容和形式需求的個性化、專業(yè)化的特點,借鑒分眾傳播的理念,在分析我國檔案移動APP服務發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,提出相關發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of mobile Internet and handheld terminals provides a more convenient way to obtain all kinds of public services. As an important part of China's public cultural service system, archives should also be more open to the public. Make full use of new technology, use mobile APP innovative services. Based on the "user-centered" service concept of archives and the individuation and specialization of users' demand for the content and form of archival information, the paper analyzes the present situation of archives mobile APP service development in China, using the concept of focus communication for reference. Put forward the relevant development strategy.
