【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)的信息化首先要考慮農(nóng)業(yè)數(shù)字化,"數(shù)字農(nóng)業(yè)"的基礎(chǔ)工作之一是農(nóng)業(yè)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)。在現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)站評價方法的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站效率評價的指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析模型,以山東省為例,對省內(nèi)17個市級政府農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站的運(yùn)行效率進(jìn)行評價。評價結(jié)果表明:17個市級農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站中有3個運(yùn)行效率相對有效,占網(wǎng)站總數(shù)的17.6%,另外14個運(yùn)行效率相對無效,并對無效網(wǎng)站做了投影分析,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果給出了提高政府農(nóng)業(yè)網(wǎng)站運(yùn)行效率的建議。
[Abstract]:Agricultural information must first consider agricultural digitization, one of the basic work of "digital agriculture" is the construction of agricultural information network. On the basis of the existing website evaluation methods, this paper constructs the index system of agricultural website efficiency evaluation, applies the data envelopment analysis model, and takes Shandong Province as an example to evaluate the operation efficiency of 17 municipal government agricultural websites in Shandong province. The results show that three of the 17 municipal agricultural websites are relatively effective, accounting for 17.6% of the total number of websites, while the other 14 are relatively ineffective. According to the analysis results, some suggestions are given to improve the efficiency of government agricultural websites.
