【摘要】：閱讀是人類(lèi)需要一生去完成的事業(yè),是開(kāi)發(fā)人類(lèi)智慧的源泉,是提升國(guó)民綜合素養(yǎng)的重要手段和主要途徑。倡導(dǎo)全民閱讀被寫(xiě)入政府工作報(bào)告中這一舉措也說(shuō)明了閱讀的重要性及推廣閱讀的迫切性。隨著圖書(shū)館事業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,國(guó)民的閱讀意識(shí)不斷提升,閱讀推廣成為圖書(shū)館的核心業(yè)務(wù)之一,得到了前所未有的重視。伴隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)信息技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,圖書(shū)館的服務(wù)模式也在一輪又一輪的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)中不斷蛻變、提升。作為圖書(shū)館服務(wù)功能的重要組成部分,閱讀推廣也經(jīng)歷了諸多變革。作為圖書(shū)館隊(duì)伍中的主力軍,公共圖書(shū)館閱讀推廣工作的開(kāi)展具有重要意義。我國(guó)的閱讀推廣工作開(kāi)展較為緩慢,與國(guó)外相比,有很大提升和發(fā)展的空間,需要加倍努力學(xué)習(xí)。省市級(jí)公共圖書(shū)館的閱讀推廣工作在不斷改善,不斷提升。本文作者通過(guò)實(shí)地調(diào)查,網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)研,電話咨詢(xún)等多種方式,對(duì)安徽省圖書(shū)館、合肥市圖書(shū)館、合肥市少年兒童圖書(shū)館、社區(qū)圖書(shū)館等具有代表性的公共圖書(shū)館進(jìn)行調(diào)研,了解并分析調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),將安徽省公共圖書(shū)館的閱讀推廣現(xiàn)狀展現(xiàn)出來(lái)。本文主要通過(guò)對(duì)圖書(shū)館工作人員和讀者群體進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)差距,尋求短板。經(jīng)過(guò)對(duì)回收數(shù)據(jù)的分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)安徽省公共圖書(shū)館的閱讀推廣工作取得了一定的成效,但也存在諸多問(wèn)題。例如,省市級(jí)圖書(shū)館都在積極開(kāi)展閱讀推廣活動(dòng),但是形式單一,調(diào)研不足；社區(qū)圖書(shū)館的閱讀推廣工作缺乏專(zhuān)業(yè)人才的指導(dǎo)和參與等。通過(guò)研究其他公共圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展閱讀推廣工作的成功案例,研究其方法和經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文從公共圖書(shū)館和閱讀群體兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),對(duì)安徽省閱讀推廣工作的提升提出幾點(diǎn)發(fā)展性建議。
[Abstract]:Reading is the cause that human needs to complete the whole life. It is the source of the development of human wisdom and the important means and main way to promote the comprehensive literacy of the people. The initiative of advocating universal reading in the government work report also shows the importance of reading and the urgency of popularizing reading. With the continuous development of the library cause, the national With the rapid development of modern science and information technology, the service mode of library has changed and promoted. As an important part of library service function, reading promotion is an important part of library service. As the main force of the library team, the development of the reading and popularization of the public library is of great significance. The popularization of reading in our country is relatively slow. Compared with foreign countries, there is a lot of space for promotion and development, and it needs to study harder. Through field investigation, network research and telephone consultation, the author investigates the representative public libraries, such as Anhui library, Hefei library, Hefei children's library, community library and so on, understands and analyzes the research data, and pushes the reading of the public library of Anhui province to be pushed. Based on the survey of the library staff and the readers, this paper analyzes the results of the investigation, finds the gap, and seeks the short board. Through the analysis of the recovery data, it is found that the reading promotion work of the public library of Anhui province has achieved a definite effect, but there are also many problems. For example, provinces and cities. The class library is actively carrying out the reading promotion activities, but the form is single, the investigation is insufficient; the reading promotion work of the community library lacks the guidance and participation of the professionals. Through the study of the successful cases of reading and popularizing in other public libraries, the methods and experiences are studied.
