【摘要】:[目的/意義]學科服務流程數(shù)據(jù)可視化研究將學科服務流程數(shù)據(jù)分析與挖掘嵌入到服務過程中,借助多種可視化策略增強學科服務洞察力。[方法/過程]文章在學科服務流程數(shù)據(jù)非結構化、圖譜化、多元化分析的基礎上,探討學科服務流程數(shù)據(jù)可視化挖掘對象、過程和層次。[結果/結論]文章提出學科服務可視化連點成線策略、多層面預測策略、長期服務思維策略和建立品牌互動策略。
[Abstract]:Research on Visualization of Disciplinary Service process data; the analysis and mining of subject service process data are embedded in the process of service, and the insight of subject service is enhanced by a variety of visualization strategies. [methods] based on the unstructured, graphical and diversified analysis of the subject service process data, this paper discusses the objects, processes and levels of the subject service process data visualization mining. Results / conclusion: this paper puts forward the following strategies: line formation strategy, multi-level prediction strategy, long-term service thinking strategy and brand interaction strategy.
