【摘要】：重慶中國(guó)三峽博物館藏有潘斯濂致周恒祺信札十一通,寫(xiě)作年代大致為同治六年至光緒七年間。這些書(shū)札內(nèi)容涉及清季人事任免、漕運(yùn)之治、科場(chǎng)選舉、廣州禁槍、厘局之設(shè)、北江水患、桑園圍整修、京師物價(jià)、士風(fēng)之弊等等,對(duì)于清末社會(huì)史的微觀(guān)探查及官場(chǎng)生態(tài)研究具有重要的學(xué)術(shù)與史料價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The three Gorges Museum of China in Chongqing contains eleven letters from Steven Poon to Zhou Hengqi, which was written in the period of six years to seven years of Guang Xu. The contents of these books cover the appointment and removal of personnel in the Qing Dynasty, the administration of water transportation, the election of science and field, the ban on guns in Guangzhou, the setting up of the Bureau, the flood of Beijiang, the renovation of the mulberry garden, the price of teachers in the capital, the malpractices of scholars, and so on. It has important academic and historical value for the micro-exploration of social history and the study of officialdom ecology in the late Qing Dynasty.
