【摘要】：文章首先對2010年-2016年的4份ACRL(美國大學(xué)與研究圖書館協(xié)會(huì))《高校圖書館發(fā)展大趨勢報(bào)告》進(jìn)行對比與分析,重點(diǎn)解讀了《高校圖書館發(fā)展大趨勢報(bào)告:2016版》中的研究數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)、館藏評估趨勢、數(shù)字學(xué)術(shù)、圖書館集成系統(tǒng)與內(nèi)容提供商/完成并購、高等教育信息素養(yǎng)框架新方向、學(xué)習(xí)證據(jù)、新興館員職位、替代計(jì)量學(xué)、開放教育資源等九大發(fā)展趨勢。提出了我國高校圖書館發(fā)展應(yīng)促進(jìn)科學(xué)數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)共建共享、建設(shè)圖書館數(shù)字學(xué)術(shù)中心、自主開發(fā)下一代圖書館管理集成系統(tǒng)、制定研究數(shù)據(jù)館員等新興職位標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、推進(jìn)開放教育資源建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:This paper first compares and analyzes the four ACRL (American Association of University and Research Libraries) "the General trend report on the Development of University Libraries" from 2010 to 2016, and emphatically interprets the research data services in the "General Trends report on the Development of University Libraries: 2016". The trends of library collection evaluation, digital learning, library integration system and content provider / acquisition, new direction of higher education information literacy framework, learning evidence, new librarian position, alternative metrology, open educational resources, etc. This paper puts forward that the development of university library in our country should promote the construction and sharing of scientific data service, construct the digital academic center of library, independently develop the next generation library management integration system, and formulate the new position standards such as research data librarian and so on. We will promote the construction of open education resources.
