【摘要】：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和城市建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,我國(guó)城建檔案管理工作已經(jīng)開(kāi)始探索城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的建設(shè),使其能夠?yàn)槌鞘械陌l(fā)展、規(guī)劃、建設(shè)提供便捷、高效、優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務(wù)。唐山市城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)是應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)檔案管理信息化、存儲(chǔ)數(shù)字化、利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、具有提供城建檔案數(shù)字資源的遠(yuǎn)程訪問(wèn)、城建檔案數(shù)據(jù)交換與互操作能力,并通過(guò)建立城市建設(shè)信息公共服務(wù)平臺(tái),為唐山市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)、管理提供支撐、保障和服務(wù)。根據(jù)唐山市城市建設(shè)檔案館業(yè)務(wù)工作特點(diǎn)和要求,提出城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的檔案收集、錄入、查詢等十一項(xiàng)功能需求。同時(shí),討論了系統(tǒng)的非功能性需求,為指導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)奠定了基礎(chǔ)。分析了唐山市城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流程,采用分層結(jié)構(gòu),提出該系統(tǒng)由三層結(jié)構(gòu)平臺(tái)組成。設(shè)計(jì)了和明確了功能模塊的具體內(nèi)容,使檔案管理的業(yè)務(wù)邏輯與功能模塊一一對(duì)應(yīng)。采用先進(jìn)的技術(shù),開(kāi)發(fā)了唐山市城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)既具有應(yīng)用的靈活性和實(shí)用性,又具有良好的方便性和擴(kuò)展性。通過(guò)應(yīng)用唐山市城建檔案信息管理系統(tǒng),對(duì)接收進(jìn)館的紙質(zhì)、聲像、電子檔案進(jìn)行科學(xué)化的管理,全面提升唐山城建檔案館的業(yè)務(wù)水平和管理的水平,更好地保障和服務(wù)唐山市城市規(guī)劃、建設(shè)和管理工作。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy and urban construction, the management of urban construction archives in China has begun to explore the construction of urban construction archives information management system, so that it can provide convenient, efficient and high-quality services for the development, planning and construction of cities. The goal of the development and design of Tangshan city construction archives information management system is to use modern information technology, to realize archives management informatization, to store digitization, to use network, and to provide remote access to urban construction archives digital resources. Through establishing the public service platform of urban construction information, it provides support, guarantee and service for the planning, construction and management of Tangshan city. According to the characteristics and requirements of the urban construction archives business in Tangshan City, the paper puts forward eleven functional requirements such as collecting, inputting, inquiring and so on in the information management system of urban construction archives. At the same time, the non-functional requirements of the system are discussed, which lays a foundation for guiding the design of the system. This paper analyzes the data flow of Tangshan city construction archives information management system, adopts the hierarchical structure, and puts forward that the system is composed of three layers structure platform. The specific contents of the function module are designed and defined, so that the business logic of file management can correspond to the function module one by one. Using advanced technology, Tangshan City Construction Archives Information Management system was developed. The system not only has the flexibility and practicability of application, but also has good convenience and expansibility. Through the application of Tangshan City Construction Archives Information Management system, the paper, audio and video, electronic archives received into the museum are scientifically managed, and the business level and management level of Tangshan Urban Construction Archives are comprehensively improved. Better safeguard and service Tangshan city planning, construction and management.
