【摘要】：近年來,我國檔案資源的爆炸式增長,導致現(xiàn)有的"國家模式"無法滿足檔案資源體系建設的實際需要。因此從循環(huán)經(jīng)濟以及目前建設檔案資源體系面臨的困境和"國家模式"的現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),以檔案資源公共存儲中心為實際的承擔者,構建了檔案資源體系的循環(huán)模式。并分別對檔案資源體系建設的必要性和可行性進行了探討,以期開創(chuàng)檔案行政管理、檔案資源體系建設、檔案事業(yè)發(fā)展的新局面。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the explosive growth of archival resources in China has led to the existing "national model" can not meet the actual needs of the construction of archival resources system. Therefore, starting from the predicament of circular economy and the current situation of constructing archival resource system and the "national model", this paper constructs the circular mode of archival resource system, taking the public storage center of archival resources as the actual carrier. The necessity and feasibility of the construction of archives resource system are discussed in order to create a new situation of archives administration, archives resource system construction and archives cause development.
