【摘要】：隨著移動(dòng)信息技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,移動(dòng)知識(shí)服務(wù)已逐漸成為圖書館服務(wù)的核心組成,對(duì)知識(shí)服務(wù)績(jī)效的提升有著重要的影響,然而目前尚缺乏其關(guān)鍵影響因素的實(shí)證研究。文章運(yùn)用扎根理論方法,通過國(guó)內(nèi)7所211高校圖書館23位相關(guān)人員的深度訪談,探析圖書館移動(dòng)知識(shí)服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵影響因素及其相互作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),移動(dòng)知識(shí)服務(wù)需求、移動(dòng)知識(shí)服務(wù)資源、服務(wù)運(yùn)行保障機(jī)制、專業(yè)服務(wù)人員素質(zhì)、移動(dòng)服務(wù)平臺(tái)體驗(yàn)等5大主范疇,構(gòu)成圖書館移動(dòng)知識(shí)服務(wù)的關(guān)鍵影響因素,并由此構(gòu)成圖書館移動(dòng)知識(shí)服務(wù)影響因素的理論研究模型(DRMPEA模型);各關(guān)鍵影響因素間的相互作用,能夠共同促進(jìn)知識(shí)服務(wù)績(jī)效的提升。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of mobile information technology, mobile knowledge service has gradually become the core of library services, which has an important impact on the performance of knowledge services. By using the method of rooted theory and through the in-depth interviews of 23 relevant persons in 7 211 university libraries in China, this paper explores the key influencing factors of library mobile knowledge service and their interaction. It is found that five main categories, such as mobile knowledge service demand, mobile knowledge service resources, service operation guarantee mechanism, professional service personnel quality and mobile service platform experience, constitute the key influencing factors of library mobile knowledge service. The theoretical research model of influencing factors of library mobile knowledge service (DRMPEA model) is constructed, and the interaction among the key factors can promote the improvement of knowledge service performance together.
