【摘要】：云南省民間散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案是極具特色的檔案文獻(xiàn)遺產(chǎn),具有不可再生性的特點(diǎn),應(yīng)當(dāng)進(jìn)行妥善的保護(hù),本文針對(duì)民間散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案的概述、文字檔案散存現(xiàn)狀、文字檔案保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀以及保護(hù)少數(shù)民族文字檔案的措施這幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探討。具體包括以下幾個(gè)方面：第一章緒論,介紹研究此課題的背景、綜述、意義及內(nèi)容,研究?jī)?nèi)容又分為研究方法、研究思路、研究的創(chuàng)新之處和局限之處四個(gè)方面。云南省散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案數(shù)量龐大,但是因內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的相互作用,目前處于極度危險(xiǎn)的境地,同時(shí),國(guó)家及領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人關(guān)于少數(shù)民族古籍保護(hù)的政策及講話(huà)不斷出現(xiàn),亟待建立散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案的保護(hù)機(jī)制。文章吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)云南省散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案的實(shí)際情況,提出切實(shí)可行的策略,具備理論及實(shí)際意義。第二章云南省民間散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案概述,首先對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹,其次分析散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案的類(lèi)型及基本特征。第三章云南省民間少數(shù)民族文字檔案散存現(xiàn)狀與問(wèn)題,首先分析云南省民間收藏的少數(shù)民族文字檔案現(xiàn)狀及特點(diǎn),其次介紹散存檔案的現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題。第四章云南省民間散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀,這章共分為兩個(gè)部分,首先介紹少數(shù)民族文字檔案保護(hù)工作目前已取得的成就,其次介紹保護(hù)工作面臨的制約因素,從六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行論述。第五章云南省民間散存少數(shù)民族文字檔案保護(hù)對(duì)策與措施,從宏觀(guān)對(duì)策與具體措施方面進(jìn)行論述,宏觀(guān)措施方面包括完善法律法規(guī)及建立長(zhǎng)效保護(hù)機(jī)制.具體措施包括提高檔案保護(hù)意識(shí)、征集文字檔案、技術(shù)保護(hù)、數(shù)字化保護(hù)及進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)性保護(hù)等。
[Abstract]:The folk scattered minority writing archives in Yunnan Province are the unique archival literature heritage, which have the characteristics of non-renewable and should be properly protected. This paper summarizes the folk scattered minority writing archives. This paper probes into the present situation of the scattered existence of the character archives, the present situation of the protection of the characters archives and the measures to protect the minority characters archives. The first chapter introduces the background, summary, significance and content of the research. The research content is divided into four aspects: research methods, research ideas, innovation and limitations of the research. Yunnan Province has a large number of scattered minority text files, but due to the interaction of internal and external environments, it is currently in a very dangerous situation. At the same time, the policies and speeches of the state and leaders on the protection of ethnic minority ancient books are constantly emerging. It is urgent to establish the protection mechanism of scattered minority text files. Based on the advanced experience at home and abroad, this paper puts forward some practical strategies and practical significance in view of the actual situation of the scattered minority text files in Yunnan Province. The second chapter is an overview of the folk scattered minority writing files in Yunnan Province. Firstly, the related concepts are briefly introduced, and then the types and basic characteristics of the scattered minority writing files are analyzed. The third chapter is about the present situation and problems of the folk minority writing archives in Yunnan Province. Firstly, it analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the minority characters archives collected in Yunnan Province, and then introduces the practical problems of the scattered archives. The fourth chapter is about the current situation of the protection of the folk scattered minority text files in Yunnan Province. This chapter is divided into two parts. Firstly, it introduces the achievements made in the protection of the minority characters archives, and secondly introduces the restrictive factors that the protection work faces. It is discussed from six aspects. The fifth chapter discusses the countermeasures and measures for the protection of folk scattered minority text files in Yunnan Province. The macro measures include perfecting laws and regulations and establishing a long-term protection mechanism. Specific measures include improving the awareness of file protection, collecting text files, technical protection, digital protection and development protection.
