【摘要】：目前,我國對檔案館功能的研究主要集中在自然功能和社會功能的層面上,鮮有學(xué)者真正從信息科學(xué)的角度去研究檔案館,雖然有學(xué)者提及檔案館的信息傳播功能,但僅是從檔案具有信息價值的角度泛泛談到檔案館要促進信息的傳播利用。從信息傳播的角度重新審視檔案館的功能目前仍處于空白。借助文獻研究法、跨學(xué)科研究法、比較分析法等研究方法從檔案信息傳播的角度入手,結(jié)合時代的發(fā)展,重新審視檔案館的功能。通過分析檔案館在信息傳播中的定位,提出檔案館具有“�！惫δ�,“�！惫δ苡挚蛇M一步細化為三個層面,一是“守恒�！惫δ�,致力于檔案語義信息的保真和檔案語法信息的完整;二是“能量�！惫δ�,致力于檔案語用信息的保值與增值;三是“傳播�！惫δ�,致力于檔案信息的保真?zhèn)鬟f和價值實現(xiàn)。從檔案工作效益的特性、檔案工作發(fā)展的不平衡和檔案館工作方式的守舊三方面來分析檔案館拓展“�！惫δ艿恼系K,最后提出拓展檔案館“�！惫δ艿恼Z境、路徑與方向。在檔案信息化建設(shè)日益重要的今天,檔案館作為科學(xué)事業(yè)文化機構(gòu),并未完全發(fā)揮其應(yīng)有的信息價值,這是不該出現(xiàn)的社會怪相。正確認識“�！惫δ�,有助于充分認識檔案館在檔案工作、信息工作中的使命與貢獻,從而真正將檔案工作納入社會信息工作中的一環(huán)。
[Abstract]:At present, the research on the functions of archives in China is mainly focused on the natural and social functions. Few scholars really study archives from the angle of information science, although some scholars refer to the functions of information dissemination of archives. But only from the angle that archives have information value, the archives should promote the dissemination and utilization of information. The function of archives is still blank from the angle of information dissemination. With the help of literature research, interdisciplinary research, comparative analysis and other research methods from the perspective of file information dissemination, combined with the development of the times, re-examine the functions of archives. By analyzing the orientation of archives in information dissemination, it is pointed out that archives have the function of "stack", and the function of "stack" can be further refined into three layers, one is the function of "conservation stack". It is devoted to the fidelity of archival semantic information and the integrity of archival grammatical information; the function of "energy stack", which is devoted to preserving and increasing the value of archival pragmatic information; and the "communication stack" function, which is devoted to the fidelity transmission and value realization of archival information. In this paper, the author analyzes the obstacle of archives development from three aspects: the characteristics of archival work benefit, the unbalanced development of archival work and the conservatism of archives work style. Finally, it puts forward the context, path and direction of expanding archives'"stacks" function. With the increasingly important construction of archival information, archives, as a scientific and cultural institution, have not fully brought into full play their due information value, which is a social anomaly that should not appear. A correct understanding of the function of "stacks" is helpful to fully understand the mission and contribution of archives in the work of archives and information, so as to truly bring the work of archives into the work of social information.
