【摘要】：商業(yè)性資源發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)特別是國外資源發(fā)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)逐步得到市場認(rèn)可,國內(nèi)許多圖書館已經(jīng)引進(jìn),但實踐應(yīng)用中存在資源組織揭示層次較淺、服務(wù)功能單一等問題。本文基于國家科技信息資源保障需要及國內(nèi)外資源發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,提出構(gòu)建我國的國家科技信息發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)體系。從文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)一管理、語義知識組織、系統(tǒng)服務(wù)功能、方法工具支撐五個基本方面進(jìn)行詳細(xì)論述,重點強(qiáng)調(diào)本體、敘詞表等知識組織工具在文獻(xiàn)資源語義知識組織中的應(yīng)用,形成語義關(guān)聯(lián)的數(shù)據(jù)資源體系,促進(jìn)系統(tǒng)功能從單一資源級別發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)向引文分析、科研實體識別等知識服務(wù)拓展。相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范建立、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)管理等也是構(gòu)建國家科技信息發(fā)現(xiàn)服務(wù)體系的重要因素。
[Abstract]:The commercial resource discovery system, especially the foreign resource discovery system, has been accepted by the market step by step. Many libraries have been introduced in China. However, there are some problems in practical application, such as the shallow level of resource organization and the single service function. Based on the needs of the national scientific and technological information resources guarantee and the present situation of the domestic and foreign resources discovery service, this paper puts forward the construction of the national science and technology information discovery service system of our country. From five basic aspects of document data collection, data unified management, semantic knowledge organization, system service function, method and tool support, it is discussed in detail, with emphasis on ontology. The application of knowledge organization tools such as thesaurus in the semantic knowledge organization of literature resources forms a data resource system of semantic association and promotes the expansion of system functions from single resource level discovery service to citation analysis and scientific entity identification. The establishment of relevant standards and norms and the management of intellectual property are also important factors in the construction of national sci-tech information discovery service system.
