【摘要】：本文在提煉臨床診療過程的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對臨床診療過程的分析發(fā)現(xiàn)臨床工作者對知識服務(wù)的迫切需求,并指出嵌入式知識服務(wù)是解決該需求的必要條件。結(jié)合臨床診療過程中知識服務(wù)需求和學(xué)科館員的職責(zé),提出臨床診療中嵌入式知識服務(wù)模式的主要要素涉及用戶、館員、服務(wù)和資源環(huán)境,并對各要素進(jìn)行詳細(xì)解析。對臨床診療中嵌入式知識服務(wù)要素的分析和研究有利于深入理解醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館承擔(dān)的更多職責(zé),進(jìn)而促進(jìn)醫(yī)學(xué)圖書館員為領(lǐng)域用戶提供更及時(shí)有效、符合用戶需求的服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of clinical diagnosis and treatment process, this paper finds out the urgent need of clinical workers for knowledge service, and points out that embedded knowledge service is the necessary condition to solve this need. Combined with the requirement of knowledge service and the duties of subject librarians in the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment, the main elements of embedded knowledge service mode in clinical diagnosis and treatment are put forward, including user, librarian, service and resource environment, and each element is analyzed in detail. The analysis and research of embedded knowledge service elements in clinical diagnosis and treatment will help to understand more responsibilities of medical library and promote medical librarians to provide more timely and effective services that meet the needs of medical library users.
