【摘要】：來源元數(shù)據(jù)作為檔案元數(shù)據(jù)核心集重要的組織部分,描述了社會實踐主體的特征及背景信息。本文以組織機(jī)構(gòu)為基點建立了來源元數(shù)據(jù)實體—聯(lián)系(E-R)模型,并以天津外國語大學(xué)為例,闡述了組織機(jī)構(gòu)實體元數(shù)據(jù)和聯(lián)系元數(shù)據(jù)的構(gòu)成,分析了如何著錄兩類元數(shù)據(jù)的變更信息。組織機(jī)構(gòu)元數(shù)據(jù)模型為檔案來源元數(shù)據(jù)系統(tǒng)提供了數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)計框架,使系統(tǒng)在記錄組織機(jī)構(gòu)的歷史沿革、提供整理檔案的客觀依據(jù)、提高檔案檢索利用效率方面具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價值。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the core set of archival metadata, the source metadata describes the characteristics and background information of social practice subjects. In this paper, based on the organization, the author establishes the model of the entity of source metadata, and takes Tianjin Foreign Studies University as an example to expound the structure of the entity metadata and the contact metadata of the organization. This paper analyzes how to record the change information of two kinds of metadata. The organizational metadata model provides a data design framework for the archival source metadata system, which enables the system to record the historical evolution of the organization and provide an objective basis for sorting out the files. Improving the efficiency of file retrieval has wide application value.
