【摘要】：從學(xué)科交叉視角探索網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情在圖書情報學(xué)和新聞傳播學(xué)中的研究共性和差異性。以CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫中兩門學(xué)科核心期刊的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情研究文獻(xiàn)為樣本,在關(guān)鍵詞規(guī)范化的基礎(chǔ)上,一方面從微觀角度結(jié)合詞頻和TF-IDF方法提取重要關(guān)鍵詞,并對兩門學(xué)科的關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行交集分析、共詞聚類分析和戰(zhàn)略坐標(biāo)分析;另一方面從全局角度采用LDA模型對樣本進(jìn)行主題建模。然后,分別對基于共詞聚類和基于LDA的熱點主題劃分結(jié)果進(jìn)行語義關(guān)系規(guī)范和主題標(biāo)識。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),輿情傳播與監(jiān)測、高校輿情分析、危機(jī)預(yù)警與管理、政府輿情應(yīng)對等是兩門學(xué)科共同關(guān)注的主題,網(wǎng)絡(luò)謠言分析、網(wǎng)絡(luò)問政則分別是圖書情報學(xué)和新聞傳播學(xué)的特色研究主題。研究還發(fā)現(xiàn),有部分潛在交叉主題和衍生主題在學(xué)科交叉與融合的推動下孕育而生。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the commonness and difference of network public opinion in library and information science and news communication. Based on the network public opinion research literature of two core journals in CNKI database, on the basis of the standardization of keywords, on the one hand, combining word frequency and TF-IDF method to extract important keywords from the microcosmic point of view. The key words of the two disciplines are analyzed by intersection analysis, coterm clustering analysis and strategic coordinate analysis. On the other hand, the LDA model is used to model the subject of the samples from the global point of view. Then, semantic relation specification and topic identification are applied to the results of hot topic partitioning based on coterm clustering and LDA, respectively. It is found that the communication and monitoring of public opinion, the analysis of public opinion in colleges and universities, the early warning and management of crisis, and the response of government public opinion are the subjects of common concern between the two disciplines. Network politics is the characteristic research subject of library and information science and news communication science. It is also found that some of the potential cross-themes and derivative themes are nurtured by the cross-and-fusion of disciplines.
