【摘要】：文章從理論和實踐角度出發(fā),對撫松縣文化共享工程組織機構(gòu)、服務(wù)網(wǎng)點及設(shè)施、經(jīng)費投入、運營管理、數(shù)字資源建設(shè)、服務(wù)開展情況、取得的效益等方面情況進行調(diào)查,針對存在的問題提出創(chuàng)新機制、引進人才,出臺政策、加大保障,優(yōu)化資源配置、提高資源適用性,區(qū)域協(xié)作、共建共享等建議。
[Abstract]:From the angle of theory and practice, this paper investigates the organization, service network and facilities, fund input, operation management, digital resource construction, service development and benefits obtained in Fusong County Cultural sharing Project. In view of the existing problems, the paper puts forward some suggestions, such as innovative mechanism, introducing talents, issuing policies, increasing the guarantee, optimizing the allocation of resources, improving the applicability of resources, regional cooperation, co-construction and sharing, etc.
