【摘要】：文章主要從菜單功能和推送消息兩方面對少兒圖書館微信公眾平臺的應(yīng)用情況進行調(diào)研,基于調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)分析其功能特點和存在的問題,并提出加強技術(shù)支撐、完善服務(wù)功能、拓展與深化信息服務(wù)、提高消息內(nèi)容質(zhì)量及提升微信公眾號關(guān)注度等針對性建議。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly investigates the application of WeChat public platform in children's library from two aspects of menu function and push message, analyzes its function characteristics and existing problems based on the investigation data, and proposes to strengthen technical support and perfect service function. Expand and deepen the information service, improve the quality of message content and raise the public awareness of WeChat and other targeted recommendations.
